A few years back I just got tired. Being a mum to two boys, working full time, feeling like I was rushing around for everyone else and never having quality time to myself had taken its toll. Life seemed monotonous and unfulfilling. I wanted to stop working but I wasn't in a position to give up my income.
Then one sleepless night, I made a clear choice to become financially independent.
I got excited about what my life would look like and what would be available to me if I were financially independent. A life where I have quality time alone, time to be with friends and family, to travel and cross off those things in my deep bucket list. I wanted freedom and choice over how my life went and to put the "Living" back into life.
